· Export Orders:
Collate incoming export orders, coordinate orders with the production team and logistics supplier. Ensure proper implementation of changes and additions to orders across various teams. Engage in efficient communication between productions teams and documentation teams so as to maintain updated and accurate order records.
· Documentation:
Prepare export documentation including Proforma invoice, Detailed Invoice & Packing lists, phytosanitary certificates, licenses and all other necessary documents required.
· Logistics:
Plan and organize shipments, and coordinate with both Production teams and freight forwarders
· Customer service:
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, analyse and access incoming orders and give confirmations to customers of orders received and recorded. Overall management of customer relations
Troubleshooting: Sort out any problems with exports.
* Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
- Good Communication skills, Good Excel, Excellent English – both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills, Troubleshooting Skills and attention to detail.
- Immediate availability is a plus!
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
