Key Responsibilities:
● Call new and existing patient leads generated through Google, Meta, WhatsApp, website, etc.
● Explain hospital services, doctors, health packages and diagnostic services.
● Schedule OPD appointments and diagnostic tests.
● Follow up on missed appointments, enquiries and pending investigations.
● Call previous patients for follow-up, reviews and repeat visits.
● Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
● Coordinate with reception, doctors and diagnostic departments.
● Inform patients about offers/camps/packages.
● Handle basic patient queries and escalate clinical queries to appropriate staff.
Requirement for this Profile:
● Graduate preferred
● 1–3 years healthcare/hospital experience preferred
● Excellent communication
● Presentable personality
● Computer/HIS knowledge
● Hindi + English + Punjabi
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
