We're looking for a results-driven IT Recruitment Lead to lead end-to-end IT hiring, manage client relationships, mentor recruitment teams, and drive recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT recruitment (Permanent & Contract)
Manage client accounts and act as the SPOC
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
Drive hiring targets and recruitment KPIs
Support account growth and profitability
Requirements
3–5 years of IT recruitment experience
2+ years of team leadership experience
Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
