Key Responsibilities
- Threat Monitoring: Analyze real-time system alerts, logs, and network traffic for suspicious or malicious activities.
- Malware Analysis: Reverse-engineer malicious code, viruses, ransomware, and spyware to understand their behavior and vectors.
- Incident Response: Isolate infected endpoints, quarantine files, and remediate system vulnerabilities during security breaches.
- Signature Updates: Maintain, test, and update virus signature databases and security policies across enterprise networks.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), network protocols, and endpoint protection tools (e.g., Avast Antivirus, AVG Virus Protection, or enterprise EDR suites).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in debugging tools, log analysis, and heuristic threat detection methods.
- Certifications: Industry credentials like CompTIA Security+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), or CISSP are often preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
