Blueneba Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Solar Technical Lead for Gurgaon / Delhi NCR to manage technical teams, site surveys, structure planning, BOS estimation, rooftop solar execution, quality control, and site issue resolution. Candidates with practical solar EPC experience and ability to travel across NCR project sites will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical and execution team for rooftop solar projects in Gurgaon and Delhi/NCR.
- Conduct and review site surveys for residential and commercial solar installations.
- Prepare site survey reports including roof measurements, shadow analysis, cable routing, inverter location, earthing points, structure feasibility, and installation challenges.
- Prepare or validate solar layouts, module placement, structure planning, inverter placement, AC/DC cable routing, and earthing layout.
- Plan rooftop solar structures based on roof type, tilt angle, orientation, wind load, space availability, and site condition.
- Prepare and verify BOS requirements including module mounting structure, AC/DC cables, ACDB/DCDB, earthing material, lightning arrester, conduits, fasteners, inverter accessories, and other project materials.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of rooftop solar PV systems.
- Experience in residential and commercial solar project execution.
- Good understanding of site survey, shadow analysis, solar layout planning, structure planning, and BOS estimation.
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical work, cable sizing, inverter installation, earthing, lightning protection, DBs, conduits, and safety practices.
- Ability to manage site teams, contractors, and vendors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,689.29 per month
