Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and advanced technical support to customers via phone, email,
remote access, and on-site visits.
Install, configure, commission, and maintain Anti-Drone Systems and associated
equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, RF, networking, and software-
related issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of deployed systems.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and R&D teams to resolve technical
issues.
Prepare installation reports, service reports, maintenance records, and customer
documentation.
Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and operational briefings for
customers.
Ensure timely closure of customer service requests and maintain high customer
satisfaction.
Support system upgrades, firmware updates, and field modifications. Maintain service records and coordinate spare parts replacement when required.
Travel extensively across India for customer support, installations, and
maintenance activities.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in:
o Electrical Engineering
o Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
o Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
o Instrumentation Engineering
o Telecommunications Engineering
Experience
4-8 years of experience in Technical Support, Field Service, Installation &
Commissioning, Customer Support, or Field Technical Executive roles.
Experience in defense electronics, RF systems, surveillance systems, or
communication equipment is preferred.
Required Technical Skills
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
Basic knowledge of RF communication, antennas, wireless communication, and
networking.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and electronic systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Familiarity with testing equipment such as:
o Digital Multimeter
o Oscilloscope
o Spectrum Analyzer (preferred)
o Network Analyzer (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking (TCP/IP), and system
configuration.
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Professional and confident communication with defense personnel, government
officials, and enterprise customers.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Ex-Servicemen (Army, Air Force, Navy, or Paramilitary) with relevant technical experience are highly preferred.
Experience in defense, aerospace, RF communication, surveillance systems, oranti-drone technologies.
Knowledge of installation, commissioning, and field maintenance of technical equipment.
Familiarity with CRM or service ticketing systems.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
