Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and well-connected Events & Artist Manager to manage event planning, artist coordination, talent bookings and on-ground execution for corporate events, weddings, luxury celebrations, conferences and brand experiences.
The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the company, artists, performers, vendors, clients and production teams, ensuring every performance and event is executed professionally and seamlessly.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events, weddings, conferences, product launches, award ceremonies and social celebrations.
- Coordinate with clients, venues, production agencies, decorators, technical teams and vendors.
- Prepare event timelines, artist schedules, production requirements and execution checklists.
- Supervise event setup, rehearsals, performances
- Ensure all event deliverables are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Handle last-minute operational challenges and provide practical on-ground solutions.
Artist & Talent Management
- Identify, shortlist and recommend suitable artists based on the event concept, audience and budget.
- Manage bookings for singers, bands, DJs, emcees, dancers, musicians, celebrity artists and speciality performers.
- Negotiate artist fees, performance duration, travel, accommodation and hospitality requirements.
- Coordinate artist contracts, confirmation letters, advance payments and balance payments.
- Collect and manage artist technical riders, hospitality riders, stage requirements and rehearsal schedules.
- Coordinate artist travel, airport transfers, hotel accommodation, green rooms, meals and local movement.
- Act as the main point of contact for artists and their management teams before and during events.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with artists, talent agencies and artist managers.
Client & Vendor Coordination
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate entertainment options.
- Prepare artist proposals, profiles, performance videos and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with sound, lighting, stage, AV and production teams to fulfil artist requirements.
- Ensure vendors and internal teams are properly briefed regarding performance schedules and technical needs.
- Maintain clear communication and regular updates with clients and stakeholders.
Budgeting & Documentation
- Prepare artist-wise cost sheets and event budgets.
- Track advances, pending payments, travel expenses and additional requirements.
- Maintain artist databases, contracts, invoices, contact details and performance records.
- Ensure all bookings and commercial terms are documented and approved.
- Support the accounts team with artist payment documentation and settlement.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple artists, vendors and events simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of live entertainment, corporate events and wedding entertainment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes.
- Professional approach while dealing with clients, celebrities and artist management teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email and WhatsApp communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and travel for events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in event management, artist management, talent booking or entertainment coordination.
- Candidates with an established network of artists, performers and talent agencies will be preferred.
- Experience in corporate events, weddings and large-scale productions will be an advantage.

They should be capable of independently managing artist bookings and event responsibilities while maintaining the company’s standards of professionalism, creativity and hospitality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
