Roles & Responsibilities –
1. Coordinate and manage daily hospital services by following standardized procedures which includes Patient engagement, Collecting patient information, Treatment explanation, Scheduling appointments, Organising treatment procedures.
2.They are responsible for improving hospital systems and services. Key tasks like Implement new programs and procedures, Conduct quality assurance checks, Identify areas for improvement and Enhance public relations and hospital image.
3. Use financial knowledge to manage budgets effectively. Responsibilities include Planning and controlling hospital budgets, Making cost-effective decisions, Analysing financial performance, Understanding financial impacts of hospital operations.
4. Maintain Documentation & Accurate record-keeping is essential in healthcare administration. Duties include Maintaining patient medical records, Managing test reports and results, Organising files,Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
5. They ensure the hospital has sufficient supplies at all times. Tasks include Checking inventory levels, Maintaining stock records, Ordering medical and non-medical supplies, Ensuring timely delivery of materials
6. Supervise non-medical staff & They ensure smooth coordination and efficient performance.
7. They make sure the hospital follows all legal and regulatory requirements.This includes Adhering to government healthcare regulations, Following insurance policies, Preparing for audits and inspections.
8. They serve as a communication link between Hospital management, Healthcare professionals & ensures Smooth coordination, Conflict resolution, Effective communication
9. They manage staff availability and duty rosters by Planning work schedules, Ensuring adequate staffing, Arranging coverage for leave, Publishing schedules for staff.
Requirements-
- MBA (Hospital Administration / Healthcare )
- 2–3 years experience in hospital administration preferred Dental industry
