Roles & Responsibilities
- Improving lead management processes for enabling maximum lead conversion.
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Conduct research and gather information about potential clients' businesses, industry trends, and competitors.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and any medium needed
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members
- Making calls to the customer for fixing an appointment for the site visit. Ø Arranging Physical customer site visits. Ø Guiding and explaining project details to the customers. Ø Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.
- Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times
- Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and target markets.

- "Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tools) like ERP software Highrise, Farvision, In4 Suite"
Experience & Educational Qualifications
- "Bachelor's degree preferred
- Real estate experience in Pre-Sales : 1-2 years"
