Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive property sales, generate leads, and manage client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, sales conversions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through field activities and referrals.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate and close property sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion.
Maintain sales reports and customer records.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for field sales activities.
Valid driving license preferred.
