Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all security guards and security activities.
Ensure proper access control at entry and exit gates.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the plant and premises.
Maintain all security registers, logs, and documentation.
Ensure security staff follow company policies, procedures, and discipline.
Train security staff on emergency response procedures and safety practices.
Ensure proper checking and sealing procedures for vehicles entering or leaving the facility.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to management.
Required Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of gate control and material movement procedures.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Qualification:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial security operations.
- Experience in manufacturing or plant security will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
