Position: Bengali Language Executive – International Patient CoordinatorRole Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Bengali-speaking candidate to manage and support patients from Bangladesh and Bengali-speaking regions. The candidate will act as the primary communication bridge between international patients, hospitals, and doctors.
This role requires excellent Bengali communication skills, patient coordination abilities, and a compassionate approach to handling international patients traveling to India for medical treatment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Translation Support
- Communicate with Bangladeshi and Bengali-speaking patients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.
- Translate and explain treatment information, hospital procedures, and doctor instructions clearly in Bengali.
- Assist patients and attendants by answering queries and providing regular updates.
International Patient Coordination
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, surgeries, and follow-up schedules with hospitals and doctors.
- Support patients throughout their treatment journey in India.
- Maintain continuous communication with patients before arrival, during treatment, and after discharge.
Medical & Hospital Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between patients and medical teams.
- Help patients understand medical reports, treatment plans, and hospital processes.
- Coordinate with hospital international patient departments for smooth patient management.
CRM & Documentation Management
- Maintain proper patient records, communication logs, and treatment updates in CRM systems.
- Ensure all patient documentation and reports are updated accurately.
Travel & Hospitality Assistance
- Assist patients with travel-related coordination such as airport pickup, accommodation guidance, and local support.
- Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported during their stay in India.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with patients and attendants through professional and compassionate communication.
- Handle patient concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in Bengali and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-handling and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple patient cases.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical tourism, hospital coordination, customer support, or translation services preferred.
- Experience handling Bangladeshi patients will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
