Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and output
- Supervise and guide production line workers, including training and performance monitoring
- Identify and diagnose issues in the production process, and implement effective solutions
- Continuously analyze production performance and recommend improvements for productivity and cost efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, and identify/report unsafe practices
- Coordinate for procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for production
- Maintain production reports, KPIs, and process documentation
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience: 4–8 years in production/manufacturing environment
- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Production Engineering (or related field)
- Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and team handling
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related issues efficiently
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control practices
- Good communication and leadership skills
