Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance, documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters and follow up until joining.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Coordinate full and final settlement, exit interviews, and clearance during employee separation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and HRMS records.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and updated.
Payroll Support
- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Assist in salary processing and statutory deductions.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries in coordination with the Accounts team.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory registers and HR documentation.
- Coordinate background verification and document verification for new hires.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
- Track training attendance and maintain training records.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Perform any other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in healthcare, staffing, or service industries is an added advantage.
Required Skills
