We are looking for a proactive and resilient Sales Development Representative to spearhead our
outbound lead generation efforts in the GCC region. You will be the first point of contact for
potential clients, responsible for identifying target accounts, initiating meaningful conversations,
and building a high-quality pipeline for our sales team
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Prospecting
- Identify and research high-potential companies across the GCC that align with our service offerings.

Build and maintain a well-researched target account list.

Prioritize outreach based on business fit, growth signals, and decision-maker accessibility.
Multi-Channel Outreach

Execute high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and phone calls.

Craft compelling messaging tailored to the GCC market and industry-specific challenges.

Continuously test and optimize outreach sequences for better response rates.
Lead Qualification

Qualify leads based on decision-making authority, budget, and business needs.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and priorities.

Ensure smooth and well-documented handover of qualified leads to the Sales team.
Market Intelligence

Stay updated on GCC business trends, digital transformation initiatives, and industry challenges.

Use market insights to personalize outreach and improve messaging relevance.

Track competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the region.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the Sales team to align on target accounts and pipeline goals.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status in CRM.

Share weekly updates on outreach performance and pipeline progres.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development.

Strong understanding of the GCC business landscape is a strong plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with diverse professional audiences.

Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lead411, or similar.

Highly resilient, curious, and disciplined with time management.

Comfortable with both high-volume outreach and strategic account-based research.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
