Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for construction projects. The candidate should ensure that all MEP systems are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, supervise, and coordinate MEP activities at project sites.
* Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
* Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and consultant teams for smooth project execution.
* Supervise installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related systems.
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
* Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
* Review material submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
* Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in MEP projects.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and project documentation.
* Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Salary
₹40000-80000 per month (Based on experience)
