About the Role
Biolinkk is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive with excellent English speaking and writing skills. The role involves communicating with researchers, laboratories, hospitals, universities, and customers to provide product information, assist with inquiries, and support the sales team.
This is a customer communication and support role. There are no sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make professional outbound calls to customers and institutions.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer requests.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams.
- Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good telephone etiquette and professional attitude.
- Ability to learn biotechnology product information.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or the biotechnology/life sciences industry is an added advantage.
