Key Responsibilities: Kitchen Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service. Menu & Cuisine Excellence: Oversee preparation and high-quality output of Arabic, South Indian, and Chinese cuisines. Cost Control: Monitor kitchen inventory, minimize food wastage, and manage food costs effectively without compromising quality. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen. Leadership: Proven track record in kitchen team handling and team management.
