Grooming/Personality Development Trainer Responsibilities: - Conduct grooming and personality development sessions for students. - Train students in professional etiquette, body language, and workplace behavior. - Develop students' verbal and non-verbal communication skills. - Provide interview preparation, including mock interviews and resume guidance. - Train students in public speaking, confidence building, and presentation skills. - Guide students on professional dressing, hygiene, and personal grooming standards. - Monitor student progress and provide individual feedback and mentoring. - Organize workshops, seminars, and soft skills training programs. - Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment reports. - Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure students are industry-ready. Required Skills: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities. - Knowledge of professional grooming standards and workplace etiquette. - Ability to motivate and inspire students. - Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred). - Certification or experience in Personality Development, Soft Skills, Aviation, Hospitality, or Corporate Training is an added advantage. - 1–3 years of relevant training or teaching experience preferred. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Reporting To: Principal / Head of Training / Academic Coordinator
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
