Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in database performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases Monitor database performance and ensure high availability Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning Optimize database performance through tuning and indexing Manage database security, user roles, and permissions Troubleshoot database issues and ensure minimal downtime Collaborate with development teams for database design and queries Required Skills Strong experience in Oracle Database Administration Hands-on with RMAN, Data Guard, and backup strategies Expertise in performance tuning and query optimization Knowledge of PL/SQL and SQL scripting Experience with database security and access control Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments Good to Have Oracle certifications (OCP/OCA) Experience with cloud databases (OCI/AWS RDS) Knowledge of automation and scripting (Shell/Python) Exposure to high availability and clustering (RAC)
