- Install domestic and industrial water purifiers at customer locations.
- Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, and annual service (AMC visits).
- Diagnose issues and repair RO, UV, UF, and alkaline water systems.
- Conduct TDS, pH, and pressure checks using standard tools.
- Maintain service records and collect customer feedback.
- Educate customers on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the sales and support team for service calls and scheduling.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and minimize repeat issues.
