Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Branding.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (experience in a Digital Marketing Agency preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, or Branding services.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and industry terminology.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
