Job Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Site Supervision
- Supervise and execute rooftop solar projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor ongoing work.
- Ensure proper installation as per project requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety, and installation standards at site.
2. Solar Design & Engineering
- Understand solar layouts and basic electrical calculations.
- Perform cable sizing.
- Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Materials).
3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with installation teams for timely project execution.
- Track project progress and materials.
- Maintain project progress reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and multiple teams.
- Handle multiple project sites when required.
4. Technical & Compliance
- Good knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems and solar components.
- Basic understanding of net metering and DISCOM processes.
- Ensure adherence to solar industry standards and installation practices.
- Resolve technical issues at the project site.
5. Safety & Site Operations
- Monitor safety procedures and site discipline.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and tools.
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain smooth project execution.
Education
- Electrical Degree / Diploma.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in rooftop solar projects.
- Industrial and commercial rooftop solar experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of rooftop solar installation and commissioning.
- Knowledge of solar design and shadow analysis.
- Good team management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
