We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative activities, vendor coordination, office asset management, documentation, travel arrangements, and ensuring an efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure seamless business functioning.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, facility management, and other support services.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Track and manage company assets, ensuring proper record-keeping and accountability.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation for employees and visitors.
- Handle courier services, dispatch management, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure office premises are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with company standards.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as required.
- Prepare administrative reports, MIS reports, expense statements, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in vendor management and contract coordination.
- Knowledge of facility management and office administration processes.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
