Ensure financial performance for factory along with Factory controller by preparing financial analyses,<br />ensuring cost controls, providing recommendations for financial decisions, and serving as second line of finance<br />representative for the factory. Work with different expertise within the financial areas to optimize the factory<br />performance with consciousness of the remaining risks. Collaborate with other functions to proactively reach effective<br />business decisions.<br /> </p><p><b>How you’ll make an impact</b></p><p><br />• Compliance & Internal control: Is responsible for adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance,<br />internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions.<br />• Prepares Business Financial yearly Budget along with factory controller & Factory Manager and follow up on<br />achieving the KPI’s.<br />• Drive and seek for optimization of factor Cash Flow, Revenues and GM contribution together with factory<br />controller & factory manager.<br />• Drive independently the factory location finance activity & support the business activities.<br />• Must have exposure towards Sale Order & Product Costing, Result Analysis, Variance Analysis, MTO & MTS<br />business scenario etc.,<br />• Monitor the Capex Investment projects financial & targets for reporting.<br />• Handling the Monthly, quarterly & annual book closure activities in SAP System.<br />• Independently handle the financial books cleansing activities with respect to old receivables, advances &<br />Payables.<br />• Preparation of Monthly Review Deck along with Factory controllers after Book Closure within stipulated time<br />schedules.<br />• Responsible for ensure smooth closure of all internal audits, Financial Audits & Cost audit by providing the<br />required data & documentation.<br />• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and<br />guidelines.<br />• Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own<br />actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</p><p><br /><b>Your background:</b><br /> </p><p>• Qualification : CA / CMA.<br />• Skills – Critical thinking, professional and with strong analytical skills.
