Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end HVAC projects (installation, testing, commissioning)
- Review project scope, drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource plans
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
2. Design & Technical Support
- Review HVAC design drawings (ducting, piping, load calculations)
- Ensure compliance with standards like ASHRAE, NBC, and local codes
- Provide technical inputs and resolve site-related engineering issues
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement team for materials and equipment
- Evaluate vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Verify technical specifications before procurement
4. Site Management
- Supervise installation of ducts, piping, AHUs, chillers, VRF systems, etc.
- Monitor daily site activities and manpower
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
- Conduct site inspections and progress tracking
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure work complies with project specifications and standards
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Maintain documentation (checklists, reports, approvals)
6. Cost Control & Billing
- Track project costs and ensure budget adherence
- Verify contractor bills and prepare client billing
- Handle variations, extra works, and cost estimation
7. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues
- Ensure client satisfaction and timely handover
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Submit handover documents and O&M manuals
Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
