Job Description:
Wesource India is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports
- Handling direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordination with auditors and external consultants
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Strengthening internal controls and financial processes
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience in Big 4 or reputed consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
- Experience in corporate finance and compliance
