Prepare and submit statutory documents, resolutions, and filings to relevant regulatory authorities.

Manage company incorporations, amendments to corporate structures, and other corporate administration matters.

Maintain company records and registers while ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable legislation.

Draft and review corporate documentation, including resolutions, agreements, and governance-related documents.

Coordinate bank account opening and closure procedures while liaising with financial institutions.

Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient day-to-day corporate administration.

Support client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and compliance monitoring.

Assist clients with residency programmes, work permit applications, and related registrations.

Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to clients.

Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.

Minimum of 3 years' experience within corporate services, company administration, or a similar field.

Diploma or higher qualification in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be considered an asset.

Good knowledge of Maltese corporate legislation and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent written and spoken English and Maltese.
