Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Cloud Sales Executive who can generate leads, understand customer requirements, and sell cloud and IT infrastructure services such as VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Hosting, Tally/Busy on Cloud, Backup, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, references, and field visits.
- Explain Bsoft cloud solutions to customers and understand their technical/business requirements.
- Sell VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Hosting, Tally on Cloud, Busy on Cloud, Backup, Email, and IT services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospects until closure.
- Maintain daily lead, call, follow-up, and sales reports in CRM.
- Build relationships with SMEs, CA firms, software companies, schools, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team for demos, deployment, and customer onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, and customer retention.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in IT, cloud, hosting, SaaS, software, telecom, or B2B sales preferred.
- Basic understanding of Cloud Server, VPS, Dedicated Server, Windows Server, Remote Desktop, Tally/Busy Cloud, and email hosting.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple client discussions.
- Knowledge of CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in cloud, IT, software, hosting, or B2B sales is preferred.
