Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to oversee recruitment, induction, orientation and daily administrative and operational functions across all offices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth recruitment, managing office operations, and maintaining efficient communication across teams and all team members.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR, recruitment or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
· Post regular JDs in different job portals for hiring.
· Schedule both physical and online interview of candidates across all offices.
· Handle hiring and on boarding of sales and non-sales staff.
· Handle internal escalations and schedule performance review meeting after coordinating with the senior management.
· Maintain proper records of employee documents and HR policies.
· Track employee performance and collect weekly reports.
· Report any issues or challenges to management on time.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Graduate (B.A / B.Com / BBA or equivalent) in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- Candidates must possess their own laptop for official work.
