Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare BOQs, and ensure effective cost control for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of estimation, billing, and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Quantity take-off from drawings
- Cost estimation & budgeting
- Prepare client & subcontractor bills
- Verify contractor bills and measurements
- Site visits for measurement verification
- Monitor project cost and material usage
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in construction field
- Strong knowledge in estimation and billing
- Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Experience in residential / commercial projects preferred
