As a Graduate Software Trainee, you will undergo intensive training and hands-on development to build dynamic, data-driven web applications. Working closely with the engineering team, you will learn the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and assist in designing back-end logic, database structures, and responsive front-end user interfaces.
- Software Development: Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining robust web applications using the ASP.NET MVC framework.
- Database Management: Write clean SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for SQL Server under the supervision of senior developers.
- Code Maintenance: Help debug, troubleshoot, and refactor existing code to ensure optimal application performance and security.
- Learning & Adaptation: Actively participate in team brainstorming, code reviews, and training sessions to rapidly upskill on new technologies.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides for developed modules.
- Programming Languages: Foundational knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Web Frameworks: Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Database & SQL: Proficiency in writing SQL queries, understanding relational database design, and working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Version Control: Basic understanding of Git or other source control repositories.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Completion of academic projects or internships involving C#, .NET, MVC, and SQL databases is highly preferred.
