We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations with strong expertise in Tech Sales Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience hiring sales professionals across Networking, Wireless, ISP, Enterprise IT, and Channel Sales ecosystems.
The candidate will build and strengthen sales teams for technology brands including MikroTik, Cambium Networks, Grandstream Networks, Mimosa Networks, Optitera Networks, Digisol, and similar IT networking brands — while also overseeing all core HR functions
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Support roles.
- Source and assess candidates from IT Networking, ISP, Wireless, Enterprise IT, and Channel Sales backgrounds.
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain HR MIS, support performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience hiring for IT Networking or Tech Sales roles.
- Knowledge of Networking OEMs, ISP/WISP ecosystem, Enterprise IT, and Channel Sales.
- Graduate required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with hiring experience for Networking brands, OEMs, Distributors, or System Integrators will be preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
