Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Game Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing Unity-based games and a strong understanding of software testing principles. You will be responsible for ensuring game quality, identifying issues, validating APIs, and delivering a seamless gaming experience to end users.
Experience with Casino Games (Slots, Crash Games, etc.) will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing for Unity-based games.
- Test gameplay mechanics, game features, UI/UX, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Execute API testing using Postman and validate API requests, responses, and data flow.
- Analyze application behavior using browser developer tools, network logs, and console debugging.
- Create detailed bug reports with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Verify bug fixes and perform retesting before releases.
- Contribute to improving overall testing processes and product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Game Testing or Software Quality Assurance (QA).
- Hands-on experience testing Unity-based games is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test cases, and defect life cycles.
- Experience with API Testing and hands-on usage of Postman.
- Ability to analyze API requests, responses, and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience using browser developer tools and network debugging tools.
- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar bug-tracking tools.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
