Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing interior fitout projects within the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to handover.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage complete interior fitout project execution from start to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Ensure project delivery as per approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
2. Site Management
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
3. Client & Consultant Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
- Attend project review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Ensure client requirements are properly executed at site.
4. Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs and ensure work is executed within approved budget.
- Coordinate with billing and procurement teams for material planning and billing.
- Track project profitability and cost variations.
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
6. Quality Assurance
- Ensure work quality meets company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions if required.
7. Billing & Documentation
- Coordinate with the billing team for RA bills, measurements, and client approvals.
- Maintain project documentation including progress reports, drawings, and approvals.
8. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure implementation of site safety standards and guidelines.
- Monitor safe working conditions at the project site.
Minimum Exp. 9 to 15 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
