It is ideal for someone looking for more than a traditional recruitment position. As one of our early team members, you'll have the opportunity to build, learn, and contribute across different areas of HR. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of recruitment projects - from sourcing to successful closures
- Support the execution of consulting projects across different aspects of HR
- Conduct research and prepare documentation, reports, and other materials for client engagement
- Build and maintain internal templates, resources, and knowledge repositories
- Improve processes and ways of working through the effective use of tools and technology
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and other business growth activities
- Drive the firm's brand-building efforts through select content creation and marketing activities that support business growth
The Right Candidate:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Enjoys using technology and embraces new tools and platforms
- Adaptable, with a learning mindset and a genuine enthusiasm to build something meaningful
