Role Description
We are looking for a Montessori Guide who is patient, observant, and genuinely curious about how children learn. In this full-time, on-site role, you will plan and facilitate Montessori-aligned learning experiences across subjects for children up to Grade 6, conduct classes, prepare and maintain the classroom environment, track individual progress, and work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child's development. This role calls for someone who can guide with intention, adapt to each child's pace, and bring both structure and warmth to the classroom.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong command of English — written and spoken
Preferred
- Prior teaching experience (Montessori or otherwise)
- Montessori training or certification (AMI, AMS, or equivalent)
