Position: Content Creator Intern
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Duration: 3–6 Months (Performance-based PPO Opportunity)

We're looking for a creative and confident Content Creator Intern to become the face behind content for multiple brands across different industries. If you're passionate about social media and love bringing ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Brainstorm and ideate creative content for multiple brands across different industries.
- Plan, script, and create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
- Confidently appear in front of the camera as the face of different brand pages.
- Travel to client locations and outdoor shoot locations whenever required.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video editing teams to execute content ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and platform updates.
- Create attention-grabbing reel hooks, storytelling concepts, and engaging calls-to-action.
- Assist in planning and maintaining visually appealing Instagram grids and content calendars.
- Help manage social media posting schedules and ensure timely publishing of content.
- Participate in product shoots, behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, testimonials, lifestyle content, and promotional campaigns.
- Research competitors and identify content opportunities that can improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Contribute ideas during content strategy meetings and marketing campaigns.
Who We're Looking For
- Confident, expressive, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content.
- Familiar with social media algorithms, reel trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Good sense of aesthetics, branding, and visual presentation.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content formats.
- Willing to travel for client shoots and outdoor content creation whenever required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
Requirements
- Work from Office (Noida) – This is not a remote internship.
- Available for a full-time internship.
- Passion for content creation and social media is more important than prior experience.
