- Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions and company policies.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide medication counseling and healthcare advice to patients.
- Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and expiry management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, pharmacy laws, and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and support staff.
- Handle controlled substances and maintain required documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and suppliers.
- Prepare reports related to sales, inventory, and pharmacy performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high standards of patient satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
