Key Responsibilities
- Review approved building plans, layouts, and property-related approvals.
- Verify property documents, permissions, and technical compliance.
- Perform area calculations and validate carpet, built-up, and saleable areas.
- Prepare detailed property valuation reports.
- Analyze property-related technical documents and drawings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for valuation and due diligence activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations.
Required Skills
- Experience in retail/commercial property valuation.
- Knowledge of approved plans, permissions, and area calculations.
- Ability to prepare and interpret valuation reports.
- Good understanding of property documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
