Job Description:
We are looking for a polite, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for visitors and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests courteously
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
- Register patients and guide them to concerned departments
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate with doctors/staff
- Handle billing queries and basic front office documentation
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
- Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
- Assist patients and attendants with general inquiries
- Follow hospital/organization policies and SOPs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Hospital Software)
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle work pressure
- Prior hospital or front office experience is an advantage
