Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, coffees, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Garnish and present beverages attractively.
- Verify the legal drinking age of guests before serving alcoholic beverages.
Bar Operations
- Set up the bar before opening and close it according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
- Ensure all bar equipment is in proper working condition.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Maintain accurate stock records of beverages and bar supplies.
- Minimize wastage through proper handling and storage.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts.
- Ensure proper storage of beverages according to safety standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
