Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 or small group phonics sessions for kids
- Teach letter sounds, phonemic awareness, blending, and sight words
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using phonics tools, games, and activities
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Use interactive methods to make learning fun and effective
Requirements
- Experience teaching phonics to kids aged 3-8 years
- Knowledge of Jolly Phonics, Letterland, or similar phonics programs preferred
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Patient, energetic, and child-friendly approach
- Laptop, stable internet, and quiet space for online classes
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is a plus
Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹200.00 per hour
