Role Overview:
You will be responsible for handling Non-Delivery Report (NDR) cases by connecting with customers, identifying delivery issues, and ensuring quick resolutions through effective coordination with operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume outbound NDR calls
- Identify and resolve delivery issues (incorrect address, unreachable customers, rescheduling, etc.)
- Coordinate with Ops & Delivery teams for quick re-attempts
- Ensure timely closure of NDR cases
- Maintain accurate call records and meet daily targets
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of BPO/Calling experience (Mandatory)
- Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM tools
- This is a target-driven role
