Job Summary
Looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services and appointments.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Follow up with existing and potential patients through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits.
- Achieve daily and monthly telecalling and appointment targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, customer relations, or front office.
- Experience in a healthcare, clinic, hospital, wellness, or cosmetic industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, and email).
