Plan and conduct mandatory question practice sessions.

Support result processing and upload activities.

Prepare and communicate monthly performance reports.

Submit weekly academic and student engagement reports to the Academic Head.

Prepare and share monthly performance reports and analysis.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, mentoring sessions, and performance data.

Subject-wise MCQ compilation and preparation.

Batch-wise personalized support based on mock examination analysis.

Preparation of presentation materials (PPTs) for recorded sessions.

Development of student-friendly mind maps and study resources.

Conduct a minimum of three mandatory Question Practice (QP) Sessions within classes every month.

Monthly mock examination coordination and performance analysis reports.

Weekly and monthly reporting to Academic Head.

ACCA (9 papers completed), CMA USA (1 part or both parts)

Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

1–4 years of experience in Academic Operations, Student Success, Mentoring, Teaching Support, or EdTech environments.

Experience in student counseling, academic coordination, or performance tracking is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong student engagement and mentoring abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
