Walk-In Interview – Service Associate
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Associates to join our team.
Job Title: Service Associate
Location - Jessore Road, Kolkata(WB).
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their queries and service needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing, cash, and basic transactions (if applicable).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support daily store/branch operations.
- Follow company policies and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (as per company requirement).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
Skills Required:
- Customer service orientation
Walk-In Details:
