Job Description – Sales Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Associate / Business Development Associate to generate leads, conduct outbound calls, identify new business opportunities, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and customer acquisition.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
