Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead and scale our outbound demand generation and lead generation function. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT services sales, outbound prospecting, account-based marketing, SDR team management, and pipeline generation.
This role will be responsible for driving qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and revenue pipeline across global markets including the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Lead Generation, SDR, and Inside Sales teams.
- Define and execute outbound lead generation strategies across multiple geographies.
- Build and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Establish outreach frameworks across Email, LinkedIn, Calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation KPIs.
- Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), buyer personas, and target account lists.
- Ensure consistent generation of qualified meetings and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Drive adoption of CRM, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Claude AI, ChatGPT, and other prospecting tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain lead generation processes, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Train and coach team members on prospecting, objection handling, personalization, and account research.
- Work with leadership to define quarterly and annual pipeline targets.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Demand Generation, SDR Management, or IT Services Sales.
- Strong experience managing lead generation teams.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and outreach automation tools.
- Understanding of software development, staff augmentation, dedicated teams, and digital transformation services.
- Experience targeting enterprise, mid-market, and startup customers globally.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with IT services companies.
- Exposure to US, UK, Europe, UAE, and APAC markets.
- Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting and sales automation tools.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams.
