Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, generate leads, promote Shaadidukaan.com packages, and convert potential clients into registered customers. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to new and existing clients for lead generation and business development.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Shaadidukaan.com packages, features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Convince and assist clients in registering with Shaadidukaan.com.
- Follow up with leads regularly and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate information and support.
- Track daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and other sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales and registration targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports using MS Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or Relationship Management preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Adequate knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of the wedding industry or online marketplace will be an added advantage.
